Cabin was Cozy with Perfect Views and Very Well Furnished with Everything You could Need. A Perfect Getaway!

Check in and out we’re extremely easy. Cabin was clean and so cozy!

Cabin was clean and comfortable. Very homey feel. Bed was comfortable. The sunrise was beautiful.

Overall we loved the cabin. The dishwasher didn't fully drain the water, the downstairs bed needs to be leveled, it slopes down hill on the kept side and the parking needs to be bigger.

Stay was great, cabin was perfect for our small part of 3!! Would definitely recommend!!

Cabin was fantastic, great views. Lots of room and sleeping options. We appreciated the hot tub being cleaned and refilled prior to our arrival. Having access to washer and dryer was fantastic, although the washer was unplugged. Fireplace was easy to operate and worked well. Liked that they had DVD's and board games. If we knew they had a Keurig we would have brought K Cups. There was some places that were dusty (bottom of living room table and top of window trim). I ended up dusting the table because I didn't want kids to play in it. Would have appreciated salt and pepper in the kitchen and extra sheets or blankets for kids to sleep with on futon or floor. Driveway was extremely steep, the shared drive was a little anxiety provoking for people from flat and straight Indiana (would have appreciated knowing this prior to arrival (although maybe it was written). Maybe more detailed directions to cabin as we did get lost (we couldn't see the Hertiage Cabin rental sign from the road, only visible once you turned up driveway).

Very cozy unique cabin. loved it. might want to blow the dead pine needles off the drive way since it makes the drive going uphill a little slippery. People who have never been to the Appalachians would probably freak out about it.

Was a fun getaway. Definitely recommended! Such a nice view of the mountains. Could see the lights of Dollywood in the distance, and what a beautiful sunrise from the porch. Would love to go back sometime!

We were happy overall but disappointed with the hot tub. It smelled pretty bad and water wasn't clear so that made it hard to enjoy.

Easy check in. Clean, cozy cabin. Great location. It was super close to town but still had great views of the mountains.

Amazing view, hot tub & jacuzzi worked, raccoon loved the front porch if the light wasn’t on, a newer broom would have been nice.

The staff was very courteous and friendly with us. We had a difficult time finding the cabin at night when we first arrived and the maintenance man met us and lead us to the cabin. One of the sinks in the bathroom was clogged and he came and fixed it immediately that night. The cabin was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. We hope to use again in the future as it was a good experience.

Checking in and out was very easy. The cabin was very clean and well stocked.

I was pleased with the customer service at every point. When we arrived it was everything we expected then some. Great place to stay out of the beating path but convenient to places we wanted to see and do. We will definitely be using this path again. Thank you all

Cozy cabin with a great view of the mountains. Location can’t be beat as it is only approximately 3 miles from downtown Pigeon Forge. We had a wonderful stay!

Other than low water pressure and needing more pillows, we had a wonderful time. The air conditioner had some issues but they were resolved promptly.

Cabin was in great location and super clean. Only two negatives were poor water pressure and no washer and dryer.

The experience at our Blue Ridge cabin was amazing if that was a better word than that that's what I would use, we it loved everything about our cabin we didn't have to bring anything except the food we wanted to cook. I would love to be able to stay in this cabin again if there are any specials that you could give us on this at any time of the year please let us know and we will be back thank you so much for all the joy and excitement you gave two old people thank you
