The place was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed staying there! We had plenty of room for 6 people and the balcony was wonderful! Our only complaint would be that the tvs could be updated!

Rental process went smooth and everything was as expected. We had a great trip.

Unsolicited call to check on things was unexpected and welcome. I was able to report a refrigerator issue and it was resolved very quickly.

The condo (203) we stayed in was just as described. Very spacious and quiet. The bedroom tvs were not hooked up, but that didn’t bother us. We would suggest a room darkening shade on the small window in the front bedroom. The porch light lights up the room and there is no way to turn off the porch light. Sitting on the balcony with the brook below was so peaceful. The battery operated candles were a nice touch and the condo is decorated nicely. The 4 of us had a wonderful time and would definitely rent again.

The cabin was clean and the stay was great. The grounds was clean and the whole place was clean and quit.

Great experience and location. Only advice I have is to fix a few things. Wallpaper peeling in a bathroom, stains on the carpet, etc.

Everything was wonderful and beautiful. So clean and very quiet. Beautiful view.

Everything was excellent, comfortable and sparkling clean. A couple of suggestions; Master bed was a little hard; maybe a mattress pad? Guest bath tub has a continuous drip, master bath could use a grab rail for getting out of the tub. Directions for TV remotes.

Unit was clean and stocked. We were missing the tv remote in the front bedroom.

We loved the location although it was wasn't close enough to walk into downtown Gatlinburg for our ages 60-70's. The condo was nicer than the photos. Sitting on the balcony was perfect.

The condo was nice. But the bed was extra hard. Would recommend a new softer mattress.

Check in & out was very easy. Was a little disappointed in our unit. Barely any toilet paper in fact we had to buy some to continue our week. Also the TV’s in the bedrooms did not work or we could not figure out. No instructions for anything. The unit could use a little updating. We loved the location.

Very clean condo. Kitchen supplies were adequate for small meals. Beds were comfortable and decor lovely. Best part was the porch with Roaring Fork River running very near the property. It was lovely to sit outside an hear the roar of the water and enjoy the fall scenery. Near all the activities in Gatlinburg and not far from Pigeon Fordge.

Could hear outside noise thru windows , 2 toilet bowls loose from the floor and especially ice maker only made 6 cubes in two hours - - also filthy behind frigerator - - otherwise thoroughly enjoyed - !!!!

Great condo easy to book reasonable cost. There was a leaking tub facuet in hall bath. Otherwise great experience.

We had a great time! We love the creek right bedise the condo very relaxing. The condo was great. nice and clean a few Mistakes but i believe it can be fix. As need some new pillows(too old and flat) and needed more essentials,it was only 1 thing of each. Sofa bed foam needs help. Everything is fixable. besides that everything was great!

No garbage bags. Not enough towels or face towels. Bed a little hard and no ironing board other than that everything was very nice

We loved the condo we stayed in and it was in walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg. The only problem was we were not told where to go to check in I finally had to call right before we got there.

Everyone was very nice.the place was clean and big enough for my family.

great except didn't explain we had to touch the key pad to lock the door as we left the condo each time. The condo unit Gatehouse 203 had lots of stains on the dining room carpet and the LR carpet. The dining room light was like a night light...bulbs so low in wattage could barely see. I turned over several of the porch chair cushions as they were very stained. (the cushions were reversible). Otherwise the unit was nice and we enjoyed our stay.
