The text messages that are sent informing about the rental code and things the renter need to do come in multiple messages and are tough to follow. Also, the code in the special character to key in after the code is confusing and at times incorrect. Communication leading up to our stay was sometimes confusing. Yet, the cabin we received was a great value for what we paid. So, that was a good thing.

Everyone was so nice my experience was relaxing, especially coming into a clean and beautiful cabin. Center city was only a five min drive, I was also able to go to Dollywood which was less than a 25 minute drive from the cabin. I could not have asked for a more enjoyable stay.

The Hot Tub & pool table were popular amongst our grandchildren.

The blinds in the living room wouldn’t work and no batteries in the remote control for tv but other than that it was amazing! Very clean! I will definitely stay there again!

We loved the cabin! The check in and out experience was fantastic. Our only complaint was the hot tub wasn't already hot when we arrived and it didn't warm up till the second day and then the 3rd night it was cold again for some reason. It was very relaxing the 1 night we were able to use it though

We had a few issues at the beginning when we first got to our cabin. After a phone call the next morning first thing the problems Were fix. We appreciated so much the quick attention. We continued enjoying the cabin and would definitely come back!

Cabin was spacious, location was great, kids loved the hot tub, but the beds were uncomfortable, bedding was scratchy, and no curtains in the bedrooms made sleep difficult. Had a fantastic time, would rent again, but master bedroom could use a little updating. Thank you for letting us call it home!

Check in was late just by just over 20 minutes. A bit inconvenient as we had groceries in the car and planned for a 4pm check in. Cabin was very nice but dining room table was dirty. Towels for showering were a bit dingy. And kitchen could use some upgrading. But all in all we had a great time. Cabin was in a great location. Loved the living room area and the fact the fire place was on a timer. Since it didn’t produce much heat we were able to enjoy the ambiance of the fire at night and early mornings.

Convenient location the footprint was great. The reservation process was easy and reasonable.
