There was great communication. The day after arrival someone called to see if there was anything they could do and to see if we were satisfied with the place.The condo was clean and as described. It was in an excellent location. Easy check in and check out.

Answered all questions courteously. Loved being able to walk to places.

The location was great for what we were wanting to do in pigeon forge! The place was very spacious and accommodating. I do think a couple things could be added or adjusted to make the stay alittle better! Adding some coffee filters and salt and pepper for basic necessities in the kitchen. The toilet paper holder in the guest bathroom was in a very awkward place. I think if it was relocated to in front of the toilet it would be more usable for guests. Adding a hairdryer would be very accommodating. Also a printed TV guide of what channels are what numbers would be so helpful! The beds and couches were so cozy!

We had an excellent experience with you! We had one issue with a dog barking in the condo next door to ours- when I called in to report it, the lady said she would send someone out to see if they could do anything about it, even though the condo that the obnoxious barking was coming from was not managed by your company. The check-in and check-out process was easy.

Location was IDEAL!! Only a block off the Parkway, so it was quite and relaxing! VERY clean

Everything went as planned. Access was easy. Condo was clean and ready to go when we got there. Checkout was simple. My only complaints - king bed mattress not so comfortable and the street lights were coming through the bedroom windows.
