Colonial Crest Condo 112 is a beautifully decorated one level condo located on the first floor.  Colonial Crest Condominium Complex is located within two blocks of the Pigeon Forge Parkway and is within walking distance to all the action that Pigeon Forge has to offer.  The complex is situated with the Great Smoky Mountains National Park as a backdrop and offers guests a community swimming pool (in season), park-like charcoal grills, picnic table, and a gazebo.  Colonial Crest Condo 112 offers guests a fully equipped kitchen, cable TVs, DVD player, gas fireplace, Jacuzzi, King bed, and Queen futon for additional sleeping.  During the cooler months, bring in the romance as you gaze into the fireplace in the living room with a queen futon, regular sofa, and a flat screen TV.  A DVD player is provided for movie entertainment. Don't forget to bring your laptop as the condo offers free WiFi. This condo has a main level entry (no steps) and is all on one level inside.  You can walk to area restaurants and shops or catch the trolley which will take you all around Pigeon Forge and will connect to another trolley that will take you to see the sights and enjoy Gatlinburg. This upscale condo offers guests all the amenities for your home away from home in the Smokies and is perfect for couples or small families.  With its close proximity to area attractions, restaurants, and shopping, you will want to visit again and again!

3 of us stayed 4 days for a mini vacation in pigeon forge. Location was great and very convenient to the strip in pigeon forge. I really loved how convenient, quick and easy the booking and payment process was. The online support agent PATSY was the best and VERY helpful. Would rate the price 10 stars if possible. Cost for the condo was less than half the price of a hotel with 2 queen beds.We did have a 5 star experience, the only thing that would have been better would have been access to a washer and dryer on the premises. Thanks *highly reccommend*

Condo 112 was very clean and neat. Kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed. My only complaint is the couch in living room needs to be replaced. It still looks good but is very uncomfortable. The seats sink down on the whole couch.

The condo was very home like. Clean and comfortable. My husband and I spent our honeymoon there this past week. The only issue we had was we were there for a week with no washer or dryer and no clean towels after the first couple of days. Other then that minor hiccup the over all experience was great!!!

Jeremy that worked at the front desk was super nice whenever I called! He was very knowledgeable about the property, and made the entire check-in process a breeze! The condo at CC112 was overall pretty nice, and very well stocked with everything we could need. However, the carpet was filthy, and in desperate need of a professional cleaning. When we walked across the carpet barefoot, our feet would turn black! There was also some soapscum around the top ring of the jacuzzi, but I was able to clean it off so it wasn't a big deal. The front doorknob on the inside of the condo looked like it was missing a screw, and kept falling off. There was also an issue with the fireplace not working. It was late when I arrived but I called the front desk about it, and the lady that answered the phone took down my information and told me she would have someone call me back about the issue. I didn't get the name of the lady that called me back that night, but she was very rude and acted like she didn't want to be bothered. The fireplace was supposed to be turned on after mid-Sept. according to the paperwork, but the lady said they may have not turned on the gas yet, and was supposed to send a maintenance worker out the next day after 9am to check the fireplace, but no one ever showed up.

Very nice condo. Need room darkening curtains in the bedroom. There are 2 huge spotlights that shine in from the hotel parking lot. Sink in bathroom is very hard to turn off after turning it to hot water.

The condo I stayed in was very nice & clean which has been my experience with Eagles Ridge. Everything you need is already there. Should you encounter any problems they take care of it within minutes. My 1st time in the condo was listening to children above me run from front to back of the unit all day unless they left. But the condo was 5stars. Would recommend that anyone stay here. You will be glad you did
