The house and location were beautiful. The details in the house were fun.

We had a couple of problems getting the TV to work (our kids wanted to watch the final 4 basketball game) Heritage sent a technician out to get us all fixed up and they were prompt, friendly and did a great job. They also brought us a loaner DVD player as we did not realize the cabin did not have one. A few minor issues: Some of the dishes were not clean (greasy bowls and cooking utensils). I think I was the first person ever to clean the grill, and the outdoor griddle looked like the last person to use it made bacon and then left the grease on the surface. The pool table is in need of a complete felt and bumper repair (lots of rips and tears), however my kids still loved playing on it and it got used the entire week.

Easy reservations, friendly employee response, and willingness to help. Quickly responds to all questions. Showed great interest in user satisfaction while utilizing excellent business protocol! Will definitely return here for future travel needs.

The cabin was beautiful. The view was breath taking. We did have issues with the water. It went out several times a day. We called 3 times for someone to come fix it but it still went out 3-6 times a day. Very inconvenient. The down stairs bathroom had knats coming out of the sink drain everyday.

Very big place that was perfect for everyone and enough room for everyone to be comfortable. Did not provide cleaning or washing materials. Such as dish soap or broom. Could not find anything.

The cabin exceeded our expectations! It was clean, cozy, decorated for the holidays, and well stocked. The view was amazing and we loved everything about our stay! The only suggestions I have is to clean the dead stink bugs out of the top floor windows and replace the broken blinds there as well.

Overall had a great time, amazing view, would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Great Location, beautiful cabin. Would stay here again. Somethings we noticed that should be addressed; Rags and towels were left in the washer, we washed and dried them and placed in the basket in the lower bathroom. My grandson found a feces behind the sofa in the living room, looks like from a dog.

Very spacious we had more than enough room for the whole family of 11. Would stay there again.

The cabin was beautiful and the view was amazing. There were just a couple of things noticed during the stay like a razor blade cover on the floor in the bathroom, and a couple other things like maybe a hole in the tub that was patched, wearing on the arms of the sofas. Overall though it was absolutely beautiful. We would all stay again in a heartbeat. There was so much space in the cabin we could have brought more people (but it was nice to have the extra space). The wrap around porch was one of my favorite features to sit and take in the view. Thank you so much for sharing this space with us!

Great! The cabin was just what we were hoping for.

The staff was wonderful. Our air condition unit went out one day and they had it fixed same day.

Everything was just as explained in the rental add. The cabin was very nice and the process of renting it was very simple.

We were pleased with the property, however the cleaning that was done prior to our arrival was not thorough. There was a bucket of food left in the downstairs upper bunk bed. There was also quite a bit of dust, large dust balls in the main living area as well as something sticky in the floor. I do have pictures if you need for me to provide them. We were told to leave the garbage in the outside receptacle, but it was not secure and we had to clean up the garbage twice due to raccoons getting into it.

Our stay at Dunder Mountain Views was just perfect! This was our first visit to the cabin, as owners, since being placed with Eagle Property Management. Everything was clean & fresh and ready for our family to relax and enjoy the holidays! As always, the views were gorgeous & now the Christmas decorations are up! We can't wait until our next visit!
