We love the area! We always look forward to coming back! The maintenance staff and office staff are all great people! One of the maintenance workers (a new young guy) left a mess behind in the kitchen. I advised the office that he should be advised on how to clean up a work area. My only complaint is the cleaning staff. They clean the obvious places but some of those aren't even cleaned well. The kitchen floor was filthy! I spilled some water and was shocked at how dirty the rag was when I wiped it up. I grabbed a couple paper towels and wiped up a couple other areas of the floor and they were nasty, too. Also, we rearranged the living room due to a new piece of furniture being purchased and it was absolutely disgusting under the couch, chair and end tables. Other than the cleaning people, we love Eagles Ridge! See you down the road!

We have rented from yall numerous times from 2 bedroom and this time one bedroom. Always have had a pleasant experience. This time had a little trouble with washing machine but could have been just operator. Wasn't going to rinse cycle and had set on cold when finally got it to do rinse water temp was hot instead of cold. Some mini blinds did have broken slats and could be updated but still had privacy. Friends who are from Athens Tn stopped by for just a visit after meeting us for dinner and they talked about how nice the cabin was and ask about rental price due to they rent cabins pretty often and was very impressed with cost so next time they rent they will probably check with you for rental and was impressed it had washer and dryer. So hopefully we passed on good words for you.

Full disclosure: I, as the owner of ER 36, hosted 3 other HS girlfriends for the wknd at our cabin. We had a lovely stay & I believe they all enjoyed it very much. I was disappointed to not find a pkg of linens available for the sofa mattress, as we did need to use it. I called the office and it was delivered the next day. Unfortunately, my only other concern was the appearance of a large black ant on the kitchen tile not once, but two days over the wknd. Since we pay for pest control every month, this was concerning.

I felt safe. I was a lone traveler wanting to be within hollering distance of help but left alone & that’s what I got. The back porch is perfect for swinging & the hot tub was just right. Had all the the basics for cooking, towels, etc. Thank you for that…it made it easier to hibernate. And Publix is a half mile away!

The cabin was very comfortable. I was surprised, however, to find there was no hair dryer. Some of the dishes that were put into the cabinet were still dirty (they looked like they’d been run through the dishwasher but hadn’t come fully clean). The check in/check out process was extremely easy. It was the perfect place for my husband and me to spend a few days away. Very affordable!

We made last minute plans to go to the mountains and just called Eagle's Ridge Resort literally on our way there to see if there were any 1 bedroom cabins. It was a bit pricy but we were able to make the reservation, get into the cabin within a few hours and was able to the see the beautiful foliage.

I love Eagles Ridge Resort, however, I didn’t like the fact that my cabin wasn’t ready for the 4pm check in. The fine print on the rental agreement states checkin is anytime after 4pm and the agent isn’t responsible for exact cabin availability. This is frustrating when you drive 5 hours and you can’t get into your cabin. 4pm is such a late check in, I believe the housekeeping staff hired to clean these properties should be held to a standard that allows access to the cabin no later than 4pm. Your customer is held to a standard to vacate the cabin at 11am. This anytime after 4pm checkin time is unacceptable and should be evaluated for your future customers. Hiring more staff to clean the properties between 11am and 4pm would be beneficial for those trying to access their rental property that they have paid for. Thank you.

The cabin was amazing! It was super clean. We needed assistance one day with a tv and someone was there within minutes to fix it. I loved the feeling of being secluded yet you could still be in pigeon forge in minutes.
