Cabin was very cozy and rustic. Enjoyed all the decorative touches. Communication was very good. Only a few minor issues, the downstairs sink faucet was loose, and drained very slowly. Dresser in the downstairs bedroom was beautiful, but there were no tracks on any of the drawers, so when you opened them, you had to be careful that they didn't fall out. Some of the kitchen cabinets were too high to reach anything, and did not find a stepstool. Overall, we had a great time, and the location was very convenient.

Everything was great. We didn’t need anything but it was nice that you all checked in to see if everything was good. Cabin was nice, clean and relaxing. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Arcade game was nice even for us older folks. We hope to stay there again on our next trip.

The reservation, check in, and check out was a breeze. The cabin was serene and relaxing. It could use a few upgrades such as better lighting. The shower/bath area was not very large and somewhat difficult to use. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Loved that we didn't have to wait until 4 pm to check in and was able to get to the cabin at 3. Y'all checked in with us on the 2nd day to see if we needed anything. Enjoyed that they cabin was pet friendly and was able to bring our dog.

Everything was great. Only issue we had was our GPS was having us go to the Osprey cabins which was directly on top of the hill from our cabin. I called the office and the gal who answered helped us get to our cabin. I didn’t catch the name but she was great.

We had a excellent stay in the cabin. was extremely clean and enjoyed it very much. And we will recommended to our friends and we will be coming back. A couple of minor repairs. Light bulb in the kitchen over the window was out and the light bulb in the dining room over the table so. Also the sink in the first floor bedroom drained extremely slowly. But nothing that would stop us for coming back!

We loved our stay at Natures Grace Retreat, it was perfect for the 4 of us and our dog! The cabin was clean and we enjoyed the hot tub! The cabin was very close to the Parkway and no steep driveway or road, which is a plus for me. We felt secluded even though we weren't that far from all there is to do in Pigeon Forge. I would stay here again!

We were very pleased with our cabin. The back porch overlooking the creek was so calming!! We didn't know you had a pool available until we got there - we were able to swim one day and it was very well kept. All in all we were very happy and will definitely stay at your cabins again!!!

Only minor details need improving We had to buy more toilet paper bc no extra rolls and there are cobwebs around front windows. Also construction noise was difficult to tune out. They even worked Sunday and Monday the holiday. We know not in your control but very hard to relax or sleep in or nap. The setting was very nice and we enjoyed the cabin

Everything was wonderful. We loved the cabin except the upstairs bathroom was locked and not accessible. We were not informed that that toilet was not going to be available. I think we should have gotten an allowance because of the inconvenience.

Loved the no check in process, straight to your cabin minus the Siri on the phone sending us to the wrong place. Had us driving around up in the mountains off of Sinnett Rd. Found out the guest in the cabin next to us was sent to the same place. Glad there was someone after hours to answer the phone and get us in touch with somebody to give us correct directions. Happy that it was the area we have stayed for many years. Love the area your cabins are in. Very helpful office staff.

The cabin we stay in is excellent and we've used it before. It was totally clean when we arrived and had all the amenities we expected with one minor glitch. The TV remote to the upstairs tv was not fully functional. Besides that, the beds are nice, the kitchen fully stocked, plenty of hot water for the jacuzi tub and outdoor hot tub. God willing we will be back.

Beautiful cabin, we had issues with out hot tub. You was quick to come and fix it but it took 3-4 hours away from our vacation time. We had no hot tub for 2 days and we still paid full price for our cabin. Other than that our experience was fantastic! Friendly staff...

We had a nice stay. Cabin was nice. We will get a bigger one next time. Was a little hot in the upstairs bedroom the whole time. Also, the upstairs bedroom hot water and cool water nozzle is broken, it just spends, you only get boiling hot water you can not adjust it so taking a shower was not possible useless you wanted to get burned.

We enjoyed our stay very much. This was our first time with your resort and the arrangements. The Eagles staff is extremely nice, efficient and professional. Arriving Sunday we were not sure of our location but the young lady who answered our call for directions was so very nice and patient. Location was great. Our only concerns: 1. please have someone check the temperature on hot water heater as the temperature got VERY hot 2. The owner needs to consider new mattresses (no support), smaller table and chairs (too bulky and heavy), and some cooling measures upstairs. We wanted a king bed but that being upstairs it got too hot to sleep

We loved the comfortable beds and beautiful fall décor. The Natures Grace cabin was very affordable and fit all our needs. It provided not only beautiful scenery outdoors but spacious rooms with views from the windows. The fireplace added just the perfect touch on our cool mornings and chilly evenings. Loved our experience with Eagle Ridge Resort. Cabin was well kept, clean and spacious. Safety during the road closures and flooding was a top priority to staff. Roads were checked in advance with wonderfully given directions to the cabin. Checkout was a breeze.

This cabin was a little older then we normally stay in but it wasn't bad. Always great service when we stay here.
