The cabin was most definitely a wow factor in itself. The cabin was incredible and clean. Most definitely comfortable and a perfect getaway for a honeymoon. With all the amenedities one would want for their honeymoon, including the hottub. Really appreciate the courtesy call as well.

Cabin was clean and nicely equipped. Furniture and hot tub are starting to show their age, but it would not stop me from renting the same property. Liked the electronic door lock and ability to check in and out with a text message. Disappointed that the fireplaces did not put out any heat. This should be advertised with the rental listing that these are electronic displays and do not give off heat. It’s a nice look, and wouldn’t deter me from renting, it’s just that I was expecting a real gas fireplace.

Everything was perfect! We could not have asked for a better stay!

It was decorated beautifully and equipped with all the amenities we needed. We travel with a tote that has things we know we will need for our stay. For example, a single cup Keurig, spices, towels and pillows. We really enjoyed the hot tub for relaxing evenings. Everything went great.

Very nice cabin but there were just a few issues. 1internet provided was extremely slow 2 bedroom fireplace did not work 3 all remotes needed batteries 4 refrigerator is making a rattling noise

I would suggest adding a few condiments, liquid dish soap, and cleaning spray for the kitchen. Cabin beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Loved the decor.

The experience was great. We couldn’t have been happier! The listing, at least on Airbnb, needs updating. The listing said there were 2 queen size, futon type beds in the loft and there was only 1 queen sized (I think) pull out couch. It worked great for us and our two girls, but had another couple joined us, sleeping would have been tight. Salt and Pepper in the kitchen would have been nice, maybe coffee filters. We ended up buying what we needed and are in no way complaining about it, just a thought. 🙂

In general the place wasn’t very clean. Had internet issues on arrival day but the tech person came out to fix the problem which we were thankful for. The fireplace in the bedroom didn’t work.

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved the relaxing remote feel. We enjoyed the bedroom setup. If we could ask for any improvements, we would prefer the television work upstairs/wifi consistency, the toilets flush with a little more power, and more hand soap for the bathrooms(Several lacked any soap). There were a few other minor things we noticed, but overall we left very happy with the hospitality of our stay. We really wish we’d have noticed this place without AirBnb to avoid the fees.

The cabin was great. With all the Christmas decorations, it definitely put you in the Christmas mood. It was beautiful. We enjoyed the hot tub and the Jacuzzi tub. I appreciated the washer and dryer also. I washed the dishes myself so I didn't use the dishwasher. The only thing I would do is get new skillets because they are wore out and need to be replaced. Also the spatulas need replacing. Other than that, I was impressed by the cabin and would recommend this cabin to everyone!!! Thank you. Merry Christmas!

Awesome! Check in-out instructions were easy. Declans View was a great cabin and perfect for us. I had a couple questions I had to call the office for, and everyone I spoke to was nice and helpful. The unlocking mechanism on the front door stuck a few times we just had to retry it and it worked but it may need attention, and the TV remotes might need new batteries, but that doesnt keep a 5 star rating away. Cabin had all the amenities and supplies we needed and more! Views were nice, the comfort level and coziness was outstanding and my fiancee loved the decorations. We had a wonderful vacation thanks in part to Declans View cabin and Heritage rentals/eagle property management. It looked like Declans View had a fresher coat of paint and was more clean and more decorated than surrounding cabins in that neighborhood and we appreciated that. When we come back in the future we agree we would like the same cabin and rental company!

The stay at Declan's View was exceptional, we enjoyed the place and the all the amenities as well. I would definitely return to this location an recommend it to all future visitors. Can't wait to return back for another stay in the near future.

I own 6 cabins in Pigeon Forge and was in town decorating, I needed a place to stay... all my cabins were booked. I was so excited to find this Special Christmas cabin. I loved everything about the decorations and two fireplaces. As a cabin owner, I pay special attention to the things my guest tell me. I know this owner spends a lot of time and effort to make there place the best and it shows. There are just a couple of things that would have made the stay better. The kitchen has very little silver ware. We were just two people and had to wash dishes daily as we cook and don't eat out a lot. The pots, pans and other could use some updating. There were very few towels and they were rough. The stairs and along the walls need a good cleaning. ... These are the things I would want to know as a owner. We have stayed with Eagles Ridge Resort numerous times and every time we have stayed we have never been disappointed in our cabin.
