ERN823, Eagle Falls, is a BRAND NEW (VETERAN OWNED) spaciously designed 2 level log cabin offering 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, game room, theater room, and heated indoor pool room with Blue Tooth Enabled speakers, outdoor seating area with gas fireplace , and an outdoor gas fire pit with ample seating and a custom made corn hole game nestled in a natural wooded setting in a log cabin community offering both mountain and wooded views within minutes to all the action of the Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.  Guests will love the feeling of being tucked away but yet close to all the action!

As you enter the main level, you will find a cozy living room offering a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, gas fireplace, TV, ceiling fans, and wood flooring.  A fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and black stainless steel appliances with a Regular Coffee Maker and Keurig Coffee Maker (Pods not included) and a dining room that offers bench style seating for 8-10.  Guests will love the windows, sliding glass doors, and spacious vaulted ceiling on the main level allowing natural light in as well as allowing guests to see the beauty of nature snuggling up in front of the fireplace in the sofa or loveseat!  The master bedroom can be found on the main level offering a King bed, TV, ceiling fan, wood flooring, sliding glass doors to access the deck, and a full private bathroom with glass enclosed tile walk in shower, soaker tub, double vanities, and a blue tooth enable speaker.  A second bedroom is on this level with a King bed, TV, ceiling fan, and sliding glass doors to access the deck.  A second bathroom is found on this level with a glass enclosed tiled stand up shower with shared access from the bedroom and the hall. The main level deck features an  uncovered deck that houses an outdoor cooking area with a gas grill along with a covered screened outdoor seating area with a gas fireplace, wicker bench, 2 wickers chairs and table, sectional wicker patio set with table, and two outdoor ceiling fans.

Down to the lower level where all the action is!  Guests will find a game room that offers  a cocktail table multicade , 2 upright multicades , a TV,  and a set of luxurious queen bunk beds. The sliding glass doors offer convenient access to the lower level screened porch that features a relaxing hot tub and elegant outdoor seating area. The screened porch offers access  to the outdoor gas fire pit with ample  seating to create wonderful memories  while making smores or soaking up the delightful sights and sounds of nature.  This area also features a custom made corn hole game for hours of non-stop fun.  The theater room offers a large TV, Sound Bar System, and 6 reclining theater seats with drink holders. This level also features a bedroom offering a plush queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, and access to the deck via the sliding glass door. There is also a full bathroom that offers a glass enclosed tiled stand up shower.  The INDOOR POOL ROOM is located on this level and offers a heated private pool with water fountain and changing colored lights, a glass roll up door for access to the deck, blue tooth enabled speakers for listening to your favorite music and lounge pool seating. A closet houses a stacked washer/dryer for guest convenience.
