Very good. Homey very clean loved the hot tub would stay again

It was perfect for our short family trip !! Very clean and easy to access.

Fireplace wouldn't light and we never could get the wifi to reset. Very clean and quiet.

I love that the rental called to check in on us.

This cabin exceeded all our expectations. Clean, well stocked and comfortable… we felt at home during our stay. We hated to leave… one of the better cabins we’ve ever stayed in!

Cabin was clean, had all the amenities we needed. Shops & stores were very close by. We experienced an internet outage. I contacted property mgmt., l received a return call. & she was going to send maintenance.

Loved the cabin itself st Point of View. However we were under the impression that it was a more private prooerty.

This cabin was so freaking cool! My partner and I loved it. We loved the wooden smell when we walked in and the hot tub was awesome as well. I loved the setup and the bear themes found all throughout the cabin. Also, we had an excellent booking experience with Brandilyn. We will definitely be in touch with all of you in the future once we come back. Thank you for the awesome stay again!

Staff were very nice and helpful. That always helps make a stay comfortable. The cabin was real nice. more than we expected. The hot tub and Jacuzzi was a plus since I have back problems. It was quiet and peaceful which is nice when you want to get away.

Great location near downtown Gatlinburg and the park. GPS took us right there. Everything was in order, clean and our stay was comfortable. I would suggest additional towels, utensils for the grill, pizza pan or cookie sheet and some additional silverware. Overall a great place to stay.

We enjoyed our cabin and the whole process was smooth. I appreciate that I received a phone call from customer service during our stay to see if we needed anything. I left a voice mail with customer service during our stay about an issue and they called me back within minutes.

The cabin was very nice. The lay out is good. Everything worked well in the cabin. We did notice upon arrival the coffee pot lit was broken and the toaster left side was broken. Great stay,

It was a perfect three days of relaxing . The only thing I would change is handicap toilet for us crippled folks.

We loved our stay at the Point of View cabin. The cabin was spacious for my wife and I, well decorated, and very clean. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The hot tub on the back deck was a nice addition to our stay. I also really appreciated the phone call after our check in to make sure everything was good and to see if there was anything we needed. It meant a lot to me that someone checked in with us.

It was ever nice and relaxing and beautiful grill was great 👍

The inside was beautiful and comfortable. Basically no view from the balcony, which is strange since the cabin is named “Point of View”. Check in and check out were very easy. Needs a new shower curtain (very dirty) and toilets clogged constantly. But overall happy with the cabin. We enjoyed our stay.

I was really surprised at how much room the cabin had. It looked like a mini house. My family really enjoyed the cabin, especially the hot tub

Check in/out was easy we ran out of toilet paper and trash bags the arcade game was broke really missed getting to play the classic games the cabin was nice

Very helpful over the phone with booking. Cabin had all the necessaries. Even though the cabins were close together the place was quiet. The beds do need a little work with their squeakiness but overall a great vacation.

Loved the layout and ease of check in via email and text to allow us social distance. Keypad entry was wonderful and convenient. Great place to stay with our family. Several dishes in cabinet not cleaned. Food in drain from previous occupant. Pots and pans in rough shape. Unit says it houses up to six people, but silverware was very limited. Outlet behind master bed is not working properly. Hot and cold water lines to the washer have been reversed. Unclear about check out procedures until day before check out. Would have been nice to know where to empty trash, recycle items or contact the office. No information in unit regarding policy, procedures or contact information.

Items lacking: dishwasher soap-need enough for entire stay; need more potholders, one is not enough; need working vegetable peeler. Mattresses need updating- springs make alot of noise when turning over and not comfortable. Couches need updating- as cushions are worn out. Good location.

Check in was almost a problem, but another (possibly more seasoned employee) resolved the issue and kept it from being a big problem. The cabin was wonderful and we enjoyed it. It is unfair to consider the cost we paid because we came through a blue green promotion and recieved a discount.
