The overall stay was good. We loved the home and peaceful neighborhood. Great location!

The house was cute and clean. Only problem was 2nd bathroom. The water to the stool was shut off when we got there. We found it was off because water did not stop running so had to turn off and on to use it. Shower head in same bathroom was in need of repair. Otherwise perfect location etc.

Perfect for our family. Pricey, however it was the most demand filled week

Very clean and comfortable. Check-in and check out was easy. Great trip. I would recommend stocking the kitchen with more utensils and essentials for cooking, dish towels. But overall happy customers!

The house is in good order and very comfortable. The only hiccup would be the washer and dryer. The washer stopped prematurely required us to manually turn a knob to the next setting before it would proceed. The dryer needs some minor maintence.. the dryer vent tube is linked because there is too much excess tubing for that area. This prevented drying without using multiple cycles. We are thrilled with the experience though as this is our second stay with Eagles Ridge/Heritage resorts. We will do it again.

The home was very clean and we totally enjoyed our stay.

I can not find one negative thing to say or anything that needs improvement. The home was very cozy and comfy felt just like home. So nice and clean.

The home we stayed in was perfect for our weekend get-a-way. The location was perfect and close to all the activities that we planned. I liked that the house had all the accommodations that we needed (full kitchen, bedding, living space, and washer/dryer).

House was clean and ready when we arrived. It had ample space for our family of four in the living room to hang out, kitchen table and sleeping arrangements. The location was quiet but close to all the attractions. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed to have a quick breakfast in the morning. There was extra blankets and a pillow that we did use for the sofa bed. Suggestions: there was only 2 rolls of toilet paper which was not enough for the 3 days we were there-we could not locate any others. The coffee pot was not cleaned out. In description of home or check in email, you should include that linens and towels are provided for the bathrooms but there were no extra towels for hot tub use. Also that renters need to bring coffee filters and tissues. Even though there was clean sheets for the sofa bed, dirty sheets were also found in the closet.

The house was nice and clean and we enjoyed our stay. However we could never get the hot tub to work and the yard needed to be mowed.

The house was very clean and was ready for check in on time. The Hot Tub quit working, so I called Carol Francis and asked her to send the maintenance department to repair it, and the maintenance man came by and reset a valve that was not working properly before our GUESTs were planning to use the hot tub. First Class Service!

Super easy check in and check out. The house was very nice, had plenty of room and the neighborhood was quiet.

Eagles Ridge cabin rentals are always wonderful and so are the staff. You start to get more comfortable with planned getaways knowing you will be satisfied. No more reading good and BAD reviews and wondering what is ahead of you.

Place was roomy, clean, easy directions, quite location, yet access to much within minutes. Stayed in a 2 bedroom home. Wish there were 2 beds in the 2 room and a shower in the main bathroom. Other than that it was wonderful

Our Tennessee Mountain Home was a wonderful place to stay. However a few things would have made it better. For example a binder with information on the Smokies and how things in the cabin worked.

Everything was great. Tv's were a bit confusing, couldn't really watch anything we wanted

Location was great! House was cute! There were a few things that didn't interfere with our trip but would be better. First, the porch creaks and pops as you walk onto it. It gives the first impression that the house is old and not maintained. Second, the fireplace could use a timer/lighter on the wall. I had to lay on the floor to get it working. And third, the jacuzzi didn't get hot enough for us. With all that said, I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Heck, I'd buy the place if I could afford it!
