Cinema Falls
Cinema Falls is a beautifully decorated four level cabin in a wooded setting within one mile from Pigeon Forge Parkway and all the action! This stunning cabin offers guests five bedrooms, five bathrooms, media room, game room, and all the modern conveniences for guests. The cabin has two separate entrances with the lowest level offering handicapped accessibility with ramp access to the entrance and a fully handicapped shower along with a small kitchen area. Each bedroom is furnished with log furniture and has its own private bath along with cable TVs. The media room offers comfort seating with surround sound for guests to enjoy a movie or play a game of cards with the game table. The game room offers a Foosball Table, Pool Table, and a full size trundle bed. There are three decks for guests to enjoy the scenery whether it is relaxing in the rocking chairs or soaking in the hot tub in a covered screened in area! Cinema Falls is perfect for families or small groups and offers its guests all the luxuries to be your home in the Smokies!

Everything went great. The cabin was beautiful and meet our need perfectly.
It was a very roomy cabin with 4 floors. Everyone had their own bedroom. We enjoyed the fireplace, game room upstairs, cinema room, and hot tub. I only rated 4 stars because the mattresses in a couple bedrooms need replacing and the trashcans outside should have a way to be locked. A couple nights some critters got in them and made a mess. Overall it was a good stay.
Enjoyed stay. Plenty of room. Could use some minor fix up —- new blinds in second bedroom on main floor and repair stopper in bath.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Location was convenient for sight seeing in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. There were 10 adults and one 10 month old with our group and each of the 4 floors accommodated all ages! While the view may not be as majestic as some prefer, we liked not having to go up and down narrow winding roads to go into town. I suggest having several extra thick blankets on site, especially during winter months. I feel like everything else we needed or could have needed was available and easily accessible. Thanks for a great experience!!
I had no interaction with staff...I would recommend locked areas for trash...we saw 2 baby bears and I believe they got into the trash one night we were there..

Certainly did appreciate Jeff saving our family vacation after our original location was double booked. The accommodations worked out perfectly for our family. However, I would like to suggest better/larger trash or more frequent pick ups. There were racoons in the area who loved going thru the trash.
We were having issues with the televisions not working. The office sent someone right over to fix the issue. The cabin was very nice and clean when we arrived. The only suggestions I would make is to make sure the light bulbs work in the lamps and replace bulds that don't work. Several bulds were blown in the kitchen and lamp in the family room. Adding a light in the laundry room may also be a plus. Also washing the outdoor furniture. Otherwise, wverything was great!

The cabin was amazing. The setup was beautiful. Definitely bigger than what it seems on the outside. It was fully equipped with appliances and utensils. All light bulbs worked and no issues with sinks. Super close and convenient to everything!

The fire alarm had low batteries and kept beeping and all of the remotes for the TV’s didn’t work. Besides that everything was great!!!
This was our 2nd time staying at Cinema Falls. Overall, great experience but the internet does not work well and did not meet our satisfaction.
Our stay was great, far enough into the mountain but convenient and close to town.

One of the cleanest cabins I've ever been in. And I've stayed in several in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The only suggestion I have is to get some a/c upstairs in the game room, extremely hot!
Check in was handled by friendly smiling people. The cabin was very clean and just as pictured. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and silverware (it could use a new can opener). Check out was handled in just a friendly a manner.
Internet equipment could be updated for better connections but other than that everything was perfect
The place was beautiful, no complaints here. The place is just minutes away from the attractions. There was plenty of room for everyone. We really enjoyed cinema falls an can’t wait to come back
The cabin was great! Very spacious and up to date. However, when you first get to the cabin, it’s very hot inside.
This was the nicest cabin we have ever stayed in. The first night there the air conditioning was torn up and when i called to inquire they were quick to come and fix it for us.
Had a great time, perfect location. Would like more towels per room with wash cloths. Wi-fi did not work.
The staff was great! The cabin was perfect. My only complaint is the hot water. The water didn’t stay hot long enough for one person to shower, let only 10 people. We all had to take lukewarm or cold showers daily.

Check in and check out was very easy. Directions were clear and easy to follow.
My family really enjoyed our stay at Cinema Falls. The rental company staff was very responsive, friendly and helpful. The cabin itself was clean, cozy and had just enough space for us. The maintenance staff member, Amy, came to our cabin within minutes of calling their office to attend to two issues at our cabin and had them resolved in no time.

The cabin we stayed in, Cinema Falls, met our wants for this first-time vacation with my daughter, granddaughters and, yes, my ex-wife. The check-in and check-out process is great. Cabin was what we expected. The one request for assistance was received quickly and completely. Very friendly and professional staff. Only issue with the cabin is the top floor game room does not have any AC vents, so the room was hot but the granddaughters still played pool.
