ERN806, Splashin’ Views, is a BRAND NEW spaciously designed 2 level log cabin offering 2 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Game Room, and a private heated indoor pool nestled in a natural wooded setting in a log cabin community with resort swimming pool privileges offering panoramic mountain views within minutes to all the action of the Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Guests will love the feeling of being tucked away yet close to all the action!
As you enter the lower level, you will find a game room with vinyl plank wood flooring, pool table, 60 Game Arcade Style Multicade, TV. A custom-built Queen Bunkbed bedroom with vinyl plank wood flooring, and TV. There is a private full bathroom that offers a glass enclosed stand up shower only, pedestal style vanity, and vinyl plank wood flooring. A heated indoor private pool is on this level that has a glass garage roll up door leading a private patio area for sunning/lounging. Whether you want to challenge each other to a game or take a dip in the pool, there is something for everyone.
Head on up the open staircase that leads up to the main level, you will find a spacious fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, granite countertops, an island bar area with 4 bar stools, coffee bar area, and a small pub table for 2. There is a dual coffee maker with Keurig (pods not included). The living room offers a sectional sofa that has a Queen Sleeper Sofa, floor to ceiling stacked stone gas fireplace, TV, and sliding glass doors open to the covered deck. The master bedroom offers a luxurious King bed, ceiling fan, vinyl plank wood flooring, TV, and sliding door access to the deck area and the hot tub. A large private full bathroom offers a glass enclosed tiled walk in shower/wet room with dual shower heads and a soaker tub. There is also a stacked washer/dryer in a closet for your convenience along with an iron and ironing board.
On the main level, you will find a covered deck area that houses a covered screened hot tub with privacy louvers, outdoor bar area with gas grill, bar stools, and large Cable TV for taking in nature and mountain views. After a long day of activities, guests will love soaking in the hot tub after a long day of activities or relaxing in the glider rocker just taking in the sounds of nature. Perfect for grilling your favorite meals while enjoying a game on the TV. On the covered lower-level deck, you will find a gas fireplace and a wicker conversation set. Guests will certainly enjoy relaxing in the comfortable furniture around the fire taking in the natural scenery. Don’t forget your laptop as this cabin offers FREE WIRED AND WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS!
