Majestic Mountain View is the best cabin! This is extremely clean and awesome decor.

Process was easy and cabin had everything we needed, clean and well taken care of.

This was my first time to the area and the cabin and location were perfect. We could go either way in just minutes to see what the area had to offer. Will definitely be back.

The cabin was very nice and clean when we arrived. The view was awesome to the mountains. We suggest that a new hot tub be put in since the jets do not put out much pressure, the cabin temp got up in the middle of the day and did not cool back down until in the morning hours, especially up stairs (upstairs may need a separate AC unit), and maybe a few more chairs on the deck. We had a great time in the cabin and only suggests the improvements to make it even a better experience. Office personnel were fantastic and the maintenance man was very quick to respond to our hot tub concern. Not sure why, but the breaker to the first floor bedroom kicked but we reset the breaker and it was fine. Thanks for an enjoyable week in your cabin. Thanks, Greg Potter

Other than the king bed upstairs didn't have a fitted sheet, everything else was great.

Expectations were met as explained and signed for in the agreement. We knew the initial set of consumables was given to us, but did not consider the 3 rolls of TP that were given to us. ran out halfway through...may be a note to provide to future renters...........

We enjoyed our stay and will likely stay again. Our only negatives were issues with the fridge and dryer. Maintenance was quick to respond. Also, our garbage was not emptied while we were there and it had started to smell by the time we left after a week. Not sure how frequently garbage is emptied but we noticed it piling up at other cabins as well. Other than that, our experience was great! The staff was attentive and helpful.

Very clean cabin. We loved our stay. A few things to improve the stay would be to add a grill scraper and a few more drying towels/wash cloths for the kitchen. The toaster only worked on the right side. Overall, we loved our time here and actually ate dinner most nights at the cabin because it was so gorgeous and comfy. We loved waking up, rocking in the chairs on the patio, and sipping our coffee.

The view was beyond exception! The cabin was in top condition. We will be back in the future.

Like how you all are keeping up with maintaining the cabin in good condition and that everything was clean.

Check in was fast and simple. Upon arriving everything was clean and orderly, the cabin was well maintained upon first inspection and the view was amazing. On day one we received a fast response with some wasp issues which was taken care of so we were able to the use the hot tub. However we did call later in our stay for more trash bags and for help getting the jacuzzi in the master bedroom to work but never got a response, we ended up having to use some trash bags we brought to dispose of all our trash as we did utilize the kitchen for our entire stay.

Best Mountain View’s and super clean!! By far, the best place to stay in eastern TN.

I enjoyed the cabin as being clean and for not allowing pets or smoking. I have allergies to smoke and pet dander and that’s one of the reasons we chose heritage cabins . My wife and I are retired and visit the magestic Mountain View cabin twice a year , we just hope that the price doesn’t keep on going up or we won’t be able to afford staying there .

Heritage Cabin Rentals were very easy to work with. No problems at all. They even called the next day to just check and see if everything was ok and remind us if we needed anything not to hesitate to call. It was very simple to check out also. All we had to do was call and tell them we were leaving.

Everything went smooth without any problems. We had to leave earlier than expected but was due to a medical issue.

Amazing majestic views of the mountains and the sunrise was spectacular to see every day.

This is the third time we have stayed in the Majestic Mountain View cabin (previously was Changes it Latitude). The cabin was in great condition, clean and well stocked with essentials. I was impressed with kitchen items that were available for use....everything we could possibly need. We pick this cabin because of it's spectacular views and privacy since it is on the end of the row. We will be back again next year!
