We really enjoyed staying in the cabin we selected. The property was exactly as described. There were only a few hiccups, that were really non issues for us, but when we informed management, they acted quickly. Even quicker than we requested. I was also impressed with how polite everyone was, and respectful.

Smooth check in and check out, friendly, helpful staff, very convenient location, great cabin. Easy access for those who have issues walking up stairs (only 3), great parking for multiple vehicles and an area for kids to play in the large parking area. The cabin is an actual 2-bedroom 2-bathroom (1 bedroom and bathroom on the main floor and 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom plus a large game room downstairs), versus one with a loft, so you have privacy and a place for kids to play or hang out downstairs in the game room. Dollywood is literally a few minutes away as are several activities and restaurants.

Very nice cabin. Easy check out. We were very confused because the address provided did not register on GPS to the entrance of the cabin. We found an employee who directed us to use the cabin number instead. Once we looked for 240 we found it. It was a very frustrating start.

Our only complaint was that the air conditioner couldn't quite keep up with the heat. It froze up one day, and had to be thawed. The maintenance staff was great though. A ceiling fan in the first floor living room would have helped a lot.

Check in and check out are really easy. This cabin is by far a step above others we have seen. It has been been well cared for. Great separated living areas with the main floor having the master bedroom a, kitchen and living room. Downstairs has a good sized bedroom and a game room. Both floors have great decks to relax on. Pigeon Forge is awesome. We prefer this setup versus one that has a loft. Level parking for approximately 5-6 vehicles is a huge plus as many cabins have either steep driveways or small limited parking if you have more that one or two vehicles. Definitely a 'must stay there' cabin.

The cabin was exactly what we had expected from the information on VRBO. Location is great…close to town, but you don’t feel close to town when at the cabin. It is nice to have the private cabin feel, while still having a front office to call for questions. Cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub on the screened in deck and used the grill too!

Easy check in. Great cabin. Just minutes to everything but you feel like you are far away in the woods. We love the Pigeon Forge/Gatlingurg area. We always come for the Smoky Mountain Jeep Invasion. There were approximately 40,000 attendees this year!!! Loads of fun.

House was very clean except the closet. There were mouse droppings on the floor right next to the vacuum cleaner. Would have been nice if they were cleaned up before we got there. We cleaned it up.

The cabin was great and all the accommodations were high quality. The only issue that I had was that the cabin is advertised as having a billiards table, however upon our arrival to the cabin we were instead met with an air hockey table. This didn't hurt our experience, but I just wish that the advertisement for the cabin was more accurate with actuality. Otherwise completely perfect.

Our stay was great but we struggled to get the TVs to work. We have a toddler and tried almost every night to get our roku system setup so we could watch movies and it didn’t work on any of the TVs.

My family enjoyed the cabin. Layout was great and the cabin was clean. Both hot tubs were nice. Pretty kid friendly. However, we were disappointed that the DVD players could not connect to the TVs. We tried both upstairs and downstairs DVD players and there was no way to connect the DVD player to the tv. Also garbage bags were left in the driveway from the previous renters which brought attention to wildlife at night that woke us up. We never saw the receptacle our email referenced regarding our trash bags so we also left additional trash bags outside as well. On our last night, the first floor tub clogged up. The downstairs tub seems to be fine. We did see a few large ants in the cabin but nothing too alarming.

Very friendly staff that greeted us at check in. We found the cabin ok with the directions giving us. We know your staff may be limited and a good dusting of the cabin would take considerable time, but needs to be done every once and a while. One other thought that crossed our mind would be installing grab bar to assist in getting in and out of jacuzzi would be nice.

The cabin was very clean! When the air conditioning unit stopped working, you sent someone out in less than 30 minutes and he fixed the problem. Every time we called the office, everyone was very polite .
