This first floor, one bedroom condo is located in the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, ONLY TWO BLOCKS from center of town in the Olde Gatlinburg Place Condos! The condo features all brand new furniture, including a COMFY queen size sofa couch. There is a 55" smart TV in the living room and a beautiful stacked stone fireplace and right outside the sliding glass doors is the seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub! There is a small kitchenette area with mini fridge, cook top stove, perfect for doing some small meals if you like to dine in. The condo sleeps 4 comfortably. In the main bedroom is a queen size bed with 43" TV. Coin operated washer & dryer located on first floor of complex for your convenience. You are within walking distance to Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies, Annakeesta, and the main strip of Gatlinburg at Traffic light #5. There is so much to do in Gatlinburg, you won't want to miss this BEAUTIFUL CONDO!

The condo was nice and updated. The cleanliness was in order as well. My only complaint would be to get more pillows and change the mattress it is so lumpy .

We had a little issue with the code when we arrived. But was quickly remedied with a phone call in a new code which worked. It was an excellent locatjen. Everyone seemed very friendly. I would recommend touching up some of the paint on the walls. other than that. We definitely would return to this location in the future. And we thank you very much for great service.

It was a great cozy, quite place. I absolutely loved the decor. Great walking distance to main part of Gatlinburg. An passing the lil creek to an from adds more enjoyment. We really enjoyed our stay. Definitely would recommend!

The room was clean, but the baseboards need a good cleaning, will just make the place feel a little cleaner. We thank you very much for taking care of the clogged drain in the bathtub.

First of all, this is NOT a cabin like we were told. It is a condo. It’s not a bad condo, but it’s not a cabin. The location is great and the strip is in walking distance. The air conditioners worked. The living room was inviting and the furniture was comfortable. The place was decorated nicely and very modern. We didn’t need the fireplace, but it was a nice option to have. The bad-the door to the bedroom does not shut because of the size of the bed frame. This would not be a good condo for a family. The kids would be on the sofa bed, but mom and dad would have no privacy in the bedroom. You can’t get to the one closet in the bedroom because the bedroom door is blocking it-because the bed frame won’t let it close. The bedroom needs more light. One small lamp on the bedside does not do it. Overall, we did enjoy the condo although it was not the cabin we were told we would be staying in.
