When I called that I didn’t receive my agreement the gentleman I spoke to was very helpful to get me what I needed and also I did tell him our dog passed away and he was quick to get my refund very much appreciated

The check-in and check-out process was very easy. The cabin was very clean and attractive. Everyone we dealt with was very nice and helpful. My only recommendation would be to have some better instructions for the hot tub and the TV. We did have difficulty with that. Also, the shower leaked to the floor below in the kitchen. We called and someone came out very quickly. He said the shower curtain was too short, but even after I put towels all around the outside, it still leaked. The problem is something more serious than a shower curtain!

This was our first time stay and I can say everything was wonderful the cabin was nice the bathrooms are small but is great for a short stay the only problem was the heater had went out after power went out had to call to get fix man was there within 5 mins to fix problem

The cabin was clean and provided us with the necessities. Suggestions...provide more information regarding the pool and clubhouse online and in cabin room. Provide grill utensils. And....an extra feature and expense could be to prepurchase food to be stocked in the cabin. We loved our stay and will be back. Thank you!

Loved it some cabin was pretty. A few thing could be better the screen in porch had big hole in it, steps up to cabin loose little scary for us older ppl, upstairs toilet over flows with just tp paper in it so only used downstairs one but I did enjoy my time and cabin it was very clean and easy to find ty so much

We drive up without a reservation and found your ad in one of the books around town. When we called needing a one bedroom pet friendly room for two nights we were thrilled when the reservationists said yes!... we e can do that!!! Apparently that is rare in October. She took our information over the phone and we were able to check in within a few hours. The cabin was adorable and clean❤️ We will definitely call them again when we go back to the Smokies.

This was our second positive experience staying with Eagle Ridge cabins. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and cozy. If you are visiting on a motorcycle you need to let them know when making the reservation. Some of the driveways are not motorcycle friendly.
