The cabin was great, and the only problems were not having enough dishwasher detergent, the drier didn't dry, no condiments or seasons, and the oven overhead light being out. Otherwise it was a very nice place to stay. Also, it appeared that some of the jets for the hot tub and the lights in the tub did not work.

Staff was very thorough to explain the check in and check out procedures; however, it should be made clear that the information is coming from the actual property and not the timeshare company when stating (do not come to the office). It was confusing, so we didn't go to the office & went straight to the cabin...In the next couple of days, tried to get it all straightened out after hearing that we were a "no show"!! They told us that several people had told them the same story. Thank you & have a Blessed day! The cabin was awesome and we will probably stay there again in the future.

Our house leaked during the rain. I did report it and ask if the would check it after our leave. I wished our house had a regular size washer and dryer. It took forever to do our laundry. Our floors were full of lady bugs but I figured it was just that time of year. Other than that we loved it. These were the best beds I have ever slept in. I usually have problems with my sciatic nerve after sleeping in a different bed but these beds were awesome. I have even stayed at the Christmas Place. These mattresses were even better. Thank you for a wonderful night's rest. Great vacation!!

Wonderful experience. We did encounter ants and the some jets don’t work in the hot tub but overall it was a pleasant experience.

Check in / out process was easy. Cabin was very clean and was well stocked with supplies for our stay. We did try to call the office on check out day and left message for a return call but we never received a call back.

I liked the cabin. It was very convenient to the city center; however needs improvement on the internet connectivity It was very poor. I believe spectrum is better than Verizon

The house was nice. The front and back door was a little hard to get in and The table could have been a little smaller takes up a lot of room. We had to call for trash so we got to meet 3 Hungry skunks (true country living). Need to be sprayed for insects in house as well. Other than that we were very relaxed and well rested!!!!

We have been to the area before (Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge), but opted to try a freestanding dwelling owing to the COVID19 situation. We are glad we did! My family and I enjoyed our first experience staying here; we had the comfort and security of a single-family home, yet had all the convenience and entertainment of being close to all the action in Pigeon Forge. If there were any nitpickings, perhaps some spare toiletries like toilet paper or paper towel could be stored in the closet; we ran out of toilet paper in one of the bathrooms that necessitated a quick run to Kroger lol.

Cabin 25: The bad: Hair all around the shower which was laziness on cleaning appropriately. The grill was so gross I wouldnt cook on it! This cabin needs to be upgraded to the 21st century and GET WIFI. The good: The best bed I have ever slept in so that made up the difference. Otherwise, all things considered, great stay!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Check-in was very easy. We were allowed to check-in early which was very much appreciated after driving all night. Cabin was clean and spacious. Everything worked properly. The only complaint is that everything that went on upstairs could be heard downstairs. Creaking floors and thin walls are to blame I suppose. The check-out process was very easy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We would stay here again and would also recommend you to friends and family.
