ER58 - Blue Heaven

Perfect! Got me into the cabin that i picked out thru a Bluegreen vacation upgrade & very polite, caring staff from pre-comimg, to questions answered to maintenance coming right up to fix our lockbox asa we arrived! Loved the cabin!!! It went by way too fast tho!! Thank you everyone!!!!

Great staff had a probable with the door code sent someone out to fix the probable within five minutes.

Your staff was very friendly and helpful. The reservation process was very easy to make.

cabin 58, hot tub issue resolved quickly. Suggestions: 1) provide instructions on how to use the hot-tub; service man Pat needed to be called to reset (if instruction provided, we could have resolved); but because the water level was low, he had to go back to office to get a hose as no hose was onsite to fill to proper level. 2) provide instructions on how to use keypad to lock when leaving cabin. We very much enjoyed staying at the cabin!!

Calming and relaxing and easy access to restaurants and activities, shopping.

From reservation to check out, management was on top of everything. I loved the communication throughout the process and digital checkin and checkout, as well as a welcome call when we arrived.

We love staying in the cabins at Eagle Ridge Resort. It is like a home away from home. We enjoy the privacy that staying in a cabin offers . This year our cabin had a ramp and fewer steps to climb which we appreciate as years go by. Everyone that we had contact with at Eagle Ridge was very courteous and helpful.

Office staff was very friendly and helpful. Cabin was extremely quite, loved our stay.

Ease of check-In, cleanliness of the cabin, responsiveness of staff when assistance was needed and ease of check-out we’re all highlights of our experience with Eagles Ridge properties. A few things that weren’t as good as we’d hoped: 1. The sleeper sofa was not usable due to lack of cushion in “mattress.” All you feel is the springs/coils beneath you. Ended up getting an air mattress. 2. The hot water runs out before you can get the jacuzzi tub filled, and 3. The water pressure in the shower is poor.

The check in and check out process was smooth and easy and my phone conversations with the staff was always courteous. I appreciated the courtesy call checking on us while we were there.

Excellent job. We loved our cabin, it was clean and cozy. We loved our hot tub and appreciated a very quick response when we had an issue with it.

We stayed in Cabin 58 on our Honeymoon back in 1997. We stayed on our 10th and 20th Anniversaries also. Now We have stayed for our 25th Anniversary also. We love it.

Very nice Cabin, but directions to Cabin need to be defined better. Forget Sharon and go onto the other street!!!

The cabin was excellent! We had no issues checking in or out and everything was perfect.

Overall the stay was great. The only thing I can think of that you may want to look at is that when the gas logs were turned on or tried using them they would come on for a few minutes then go out. I'm not sure if there is supposed to be or not, but there was no ice maker in the freezer.

Great as always. Cleanest most well kept cabins in the smokies.

Our stay was excellent! I liked the convenience of getting to go straight to the cabin when we arrived and checking out via phone call and keypad. The call on our first full day to check on things so far was a nice touch too. Made it feel like we could call if needed. The cabin was clean and in great condition. The faucet in the bathroom was a little tricky; the handle moved a lot so you either got very hot water or very cold water. This was our first time staying in a cabin in the area and one we picked based solely on online information. We were very satisfied with the location of the cabin and how nice the cabin was. We will definitely be back in the future!

Everything was absolutely great, only thing was the fireplace didn’t work, and the bathtub wouldn’t keep water, like the stopper wouldn’t stay shut! Other than that the stay was absolutely perfect!!

Making reservations was easy on line. The no contact was a little disappointing but it all worked out. The cabin was very nice and was clean. This was probably our fourth stay with you. We had a problem with the fireplace not lighting. I callled and someone was there within 20 minutes or so. The only other thing was the hot tub was not working. We did not call as we had the huge tub inside

The cabin was great. Thought that there could of had salt and pepper in the cabin. Loved the arcade game. Didn't know what the bracelets were for until checkout time when we were asked to leave them. There were cobwebs in the bathroom. But really liked the cabin!

We loved the ER58 cabin, hot tub and arcade game. It was our 35th wedding anniversary and the arcade game brought back memories from when we were dating. It was a nice addition to the cabin for us. Our only complaint was noisy neighbors partying across road at 11pm. Everything else was Great!

My husband and I stayed in #58 cabin. It was nestled in a woodsy corner. It was very tranquil and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay.

Over the past 7 years we have visited the Pigeon Forge area many times and every time we have stayed at one of your cabins at Eagles Ridge. We always find them clean and ready for us to make them our home away from home. A few of our favorite treats is the private hot tub on our own deck and the gas fire place. This week our cabin had a double sided fire place that we were able to enjoy in the bed room and the living room. Another plus is the location of the cabins. They are away from the crowds and traffic yet only a few blocks away when we are ready for more excitement. Also, we like going to Townsend and Cade’s Cove. We have learned a few back roads to Wears Valley Rd with out going through the traffic in Pigeon Forge. Thank you for everything and we will see you again next year. One request is the back door to hot tub needs a blind over the window.

My family and I loved the cabin! Excellent location! My youngest son loved the hot tub!

We stayed in ER58 - Blue Heaven. Everything was as advertised and was very enjoyable. Two suggestions: 1) Please place some type of exhaust fan in the screened-in porch. Otherwise when grilling, a thick cloud of smoke hangs within the deck area with no way to escape. 2) Please Increase the size of the hot water heater. After filling up the tub in the bedroom - the hot water heater tank would be empty, and would take some time to refill. Thank you!

This is the perfect romantic getaway! Love the 2 sided fireplace so we could lay in bed and watch the flame. Hot tub is right off the bedroom so no post-dip chill. Great location too.

Very easy to plan and set up this trip. Directions were spot on and even got a courtesy call checking on us after we arrived.

The cabin was clean and met most of our needs. I would rate a 5 except for the following: only 1 roll of toilet paper and no dish liquid. We ran out and desperately looked for 2nd roll..none! Middle of nite had to go buy toilet paper!

Cabin was very nice. Very clean. Nice amenities in the cabin.

The stay was great. Customer service was wonderful. Only complaint, is the bed was not very comfortable at all. My wife and I both had back aches.

Overall a nice cabin! LOVED the fireplace, but I don’t think the pilot light was lit (very possible we were just a bit too early in the season to be permitted to use it). It would be nice to have something posted near the timer stating when we can use it, and how to light the pilot light (instructions were later found on the mantle). I didn’t see any matches or lighter, but again I assumed it’s because we were off-season to use it. The channel up/down button on the bedroom cable remote didn’t work. The hot tub was nice, clean, and at the perfect temperature. It would have been helpful to have a towel bar or hooks nearby. The kitchen had everything we needed but we hit our heads a couple times on the light fixture above the table. The arcade game was fun, once we realized you didn’t need quarters to play it. The check in and check out process were great, and the call after the first night was appreciated. I don’t hold it against EPM but the construction traffic was unfortunate. There were a few times people were beside the driveway talking or working. There was a comment on the AirBNB reviews that said the cabin is at the end of a dead end street, which is no longer the case. I knew at any time we could call the office and possibly have resolved some of these, but they weren’t big enough deals. My goal with this review is to provide some items that could be improved to get a five star next time. Overall, for the price and location, it was worth it and I think for others it would be perfect. We were just looking for something more quiet, relaxing and secluded.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Eagles Ridge. My husband and I celebrated our 6 year Anniversary. We stayed at the Blue Heaven 58 cabin. We enjoyed the heart shaped tub and jacuzzi. We loved the screened in back porch and table. We spent many nights playing cards on the back porch. The cabin was really clean. The only reason I rated this cabin a 4 was because there wasn't any pots or pans to cook. We had to go buy a iron skillet to cook breakfast. Usually cabins have a blow dryer in the bathroom. (side note): I probably wouldn't of notice it if I didn't forget my blow dryer at home.

Love the cabin! Like the proximity to downtown Pigeon Forge! The water heater wasn't working when we got there but a phone call and 10 minutes later it was fixed.

Cozy cabin but need to upgrade TV size. Over all experienced with company was great.

Our Stay was Enjoyable, we just wish we could afford to stay longer and visit more often. We try to make our trips during the Off-Peak Season to help offset the expenses. Our Goal is twice a Year, but would like to come down more often. The deals offered are great, but are still difficult financially for us now that we are both retired. We have in the past rented cabins at less than $100.00 per night. I do realize that inflation comes into play, but the difference between the price of a 1-Bedroom Cabin and a 2-Bedroom Cabin isn't as much as i would have thought. Special Deals for Returning Guests would be appreciated. We have tried other Cabin Rentals, but we came back for your Friendly Service, Response to Maintenance Issues whenever they happen, the Location and Staff.

Cabin was great; however, the bathroom was dirty. Lots of dust on walls, and toilet wasn't cleaned very well. The rest of the cabins was perfect.
