5. Mountain Coaster
The mountain coaster at Ober Mountain Gatlinburg is thrilling! The Tennessee Flyer takes you on a winding 5.5-minute journey through the Great Smoky Mountains, with speeds of up to 25 miles per hour. Some requirements for the Tennessee Flyer you should know:
- The weight limit is 300 pounds.
- Children under 3 and pregnant individuals cannot ride.
- Children must be either 9 years old or at least 52 inches tall to ride alone.
- Children 8 years of age and under must ride with someone at least 18 years old.
6. Ice Skating
Ice skating is one of the indoor activities you won’t want to skip. Skates are included in the ticket price, and they have rental skates available in toddler shoe size 6 all the way up to adult shoe size 15. The ice rink also features a handrail around the perimeter, so it’s beginner-friendly.
